This certification develops and confirms the skills needed to integrate machine learning, generative AI, and multi-agent systems into live networks, while addressing interoperability, trust, and operational complexity. Through applied use cases aligned with TM Forum standards, participants learn how to design AI-driven solutions that enable closed-loop automation, support intent-based operations, and deliver measurable business value.
This certification includes the related Practitioners-Level exam to gain TM Forum Knowledge Certification.
Within one week, you will be granted access to TM Forum's online training portfolio of Awareness-level courses from the portal Catalog, allowing you to self-enroll in and complete other trainings that might be of interest to you over the duration of your learning path access.
