Description
TM Forum's Customer Centricity Fundamentals Level certification considers a range of tools and approaches available to organizations who wish to adopt a more customer centric focus. It presents the case for gaining a clearer knowledge of your customers’ behavior and intentions using data analytics, responding to customers through the channels that they choose (omnichannel), and using metrics to measure what matters to the customer as a yardstick of operational performance.
This certification includes the related Fundamentals-Level exam to gain TM Forum Knowledge Certification.
Within one week, you will be granted access to TM Forum's online training portfolio of Awareness-level courses from the portal Catalog, allowing you to self-enroll in and complete other trainings that might be of interest to you over the duration of your learning path access.
