Description
TM Forum’s Artificial Intelligence and Automation certification is an essential first step in establishing your understanding of how Artificial Intelligence (AI) is changing the telecoms industry and how it relates to the ODA. The course takes you through the basic terminology and features of AI, including the key application areas within telecoms, aspects and challenges of managing an AI project at scale and some associated tools and models defined by TM Forum ‘s Open Digital Architecture to help manage the road to successful AI rollouts.
This (12-month-access) certification includes the related Awareness-Level exam to gain TM Forum Knowledge Certification.
Within one week, you will be granted access to TM Forum's online training portfolio of Awareness-level courses from the portal Catalog, allowing you to self-enroll in and complete other trainings that might be of interest to you over the duration of your learning path access.
