TM Forum's Functional Framework (12-month-access) certification guides you through the concepts and principles, structure and many uses of the Functional Framework.
The course explores the relationship with other TM Forum Frameworks and explains how a standardized function map and decomposition can help to re-plan and streamline a function portfolio.
This certification includes the related Fundamentals-Level exam to gain TM Forum Knowledge Certification.
Within one week, you will be granted access to TM Forum's online training portfolio of Awareness-level courses from the portal Catalog, allowing you to self-enroll in and complete other trainings that might be of interest to you over the duration of your learning path access.
