The Autonomous Networks Upskilling Hub is a TM Forum initiative developed in collaboration with leading service providers, vendors, and industry experts to build a shared understanding of Autonomous Networks. It reflects a collective industry effort to define common concepts, frameworks, and best practices, helping organisations align on what Autonomous Networks are, why they matter, and how to move forward with confidence. This course has been created with the collaboration of Ericsson, Huawei, and Makman Technologies.
This awareness-level course is the first step and introduces the core concepts of Autonomous Networks, including the key industry challenges, the shift towards autonomous operations, and the business value they enable. Learners will gain a clear, accessible understanding of what AN is, why it matters, and how TM Forum frameworks support adoption, making it an ideal starting point for anyone new to the topic or looking to begin their learning journey.
